Suitable for use on heavy duty fire resisting doors.  Often used in conjunction with a detector/alarm system.  When in hold open application the door will atomatically close upon activation of the fire alarm or power failure.

Available Finishes: Polished Brass, Satin Stainless & Polished Stainless.

ElectroMagnetic hold open.

24v DC: Power supply transformer rectifiers are available to operate upto 50 units.

Switch: For timber/metal doors.

Temperature: Stabilised fluid, together with thermoconstant valve to overcome temperature variance.

Steel loose box with adjustable fittings (307 x 78 x 50mm deep).

Internal use only.

This product can satisfy the opening force recommendations of BS 8300 and Approved Document 'M'.  However consideration must be given to the door width, other installed hardware and differential air pressures within the building to ensure they still meet the recommendations in situ.
