Closing Speed: Adjustment can be made throughout whole 360° range.
Latching Action: Can be adjusted final 10° of closing.
Backcheck: Can be adjusted between 70° & 90° or deactivated.
Stand Open (optional extra): Will allow doors to stand open at 90°. This feature must not be used on fire resisting doors.
This product can satisfy the opening force recommendations of BS 8300 and Approved Document 'M'. However consideration must be given to the door width, other installed hardware and differential air pressures within the building to ensure they still meet the recommendations in situ.
