Delivery Information

We will attempt to arrange delivery anywhere in the World.  Whilst we try and keep a uniform rate there are exclusions to this due to associated carriage costs outside Mainland UK which incur additional charges.  For next working day delivery, all orders need to be placed by 4pm the day prior to delivery and 3pm on Fridays for delivery the following Monday.  Any orders taken on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday.  Single or multiple product orders where there are items which are not in stock will be delayed until the order can be completed unless the customer specifies otherwise.  Please contact us to discuss any special delivery requirements you may have.

All delivery dates and times quoted are approximate.  Whilst every practical effort will be made to accommodate customers requirements no guarantee of time can be given.  The delivery costs can be viewed in your shopping cart prior to purchase, once you have created your account.

In some circumstances we do offer a Before Noon or Before 10am Service, please ask for details.  Via email or by telephone.  Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer is not present to receive the delivery the item will be then held at your local depot for collection, any further delivery attempts will incur a cost to you the customer.

No claims will be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery.

Cancellation will not be accepted once goods have been reserved or dispatched by ourselves.

All delivered goods require inspection.  Couriers are obliged to wait while you inspect your purchase, if you sign for the goods from the courier you accept they are in a good condition, if the items are damaged you should refuse the delivery, no claim can be made for damaged goods after you have signed, you should inspect the goods including taking them out of their packaging.

Orders are only accepted on this basis.
